Processing Time

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days after processing.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. JOHZZEE cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at support@johzzee.com and we'll assist you with the carrier.
